Hello everyone, and a warm welcome to Imperial! I’m Shuhan, a second-year medical student.

Last year, I stayed in Southside as a fresher, so Tizard has a fantastic advantage as it’s so close to the South Kensington campus (you can enjoy a few more winks of sleep 😄 before your lectures). As a university student, you’ll pick up many new life skills, from cooking (feel free to come find me for recipes!) to using the tumble dryer, so if you have any questions, I’m here to help and offer some tips. 

London is renowned for its rich history and diverse culture, and there’s so much to explore. Having biked, tubed, and walked most of central London, I’d be delighted to recommend some plans for a fun day out. For those of you who are enthusiastic museum-goers, we’re very lucky because Tizard is only a stone’s throw away from some of the best museums in the world – I’m always up for being a museum buddy.

Being at university and away from home can be challenging at times, but I’m always here for a chat about any topic or concern you may have. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
