Living in Tizard and the surrounding Halls is a very special experience. Not only are you ridiculously close to our campus but you are also in a very special location.

We have three of the best museums anywhere in the world within a few hundred meters of our front door, Hyde Park is a stones throw away and did we mention the proximity of the Royal Albert Hall?

The surrounding streets contain some of the most luxurious addresses in London, and rightly so – the architecture in the vicinity is stunning with elegant townhouses, apartments and homes set among a wonderful green and open space. Around South Kensington station you will find an abundance of coffee shops and restaurants, many of which are suitable for a students budget (beware, some are not!). For those interested in buying a car for travel you will find Lamborghini and McLarren stores within walking distance…or just usage public transport like everyone else.

If for some reason you wish to venture further afield we are only a few minutes walk from South Kensington Station (District/Circle/Piccadilly lines) and well served with busses and night busses that will connect you with all of London.

If you want to explore on your own we have two cycle hire racks on our doorstep. If you want to bring your own bike you can store in our indoor cycle storage room right underneath the hall. Please speak to us about gaining access to this.
